Our Design
Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Centers are licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and are located in the heart of Providence. Our Centers are designed with participants' comfort and safety in mind. Our Miner Street location offers a spacious courtyard and garden area. Each unique setting exudes an overall sense of wellbeing and community where participants can relax and enjoy.
