Elmwood Medical Transportation ServicesWe provide transportation to/from the Center and to/from medical appointments seven days a week. Our PurposeThe purpose is to provide non-emergency medical transportation. Our goal is to provide you with safe, dependable and courteous service. Each and every passenger is important to us and we recognize the trust you place. Eligibility/CostIf you have Medicaid, then you are eligible for transportation to/from the Centers and to/from your medical appointments. With Medicaid, there is no cost to you. How do you arrange for transportation?If you are a participant at Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center, then simply tell the Front Desk of your transportation needs at least 3 business days before the appointment and she will take care of the rest – so easy!!!
